Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. CP Property Solutions carries general liability insurance and operates as a licensed hauler in Florida and Georgia. We're happy to send a certificate of insurance (COI) to property managers, HOAs, realtors, and asset managers on request.
What do you charge for junk removal?

Do you handle eviction, foreclosure, and tenant-abandonment cleanouts?
Yes — this is one of our core services. We work with landlords, property managers, realtors, and asset managers on rushed 24–72 hour cleanouts, including photo documentation, dump receipts, and full turnover-ready delivery.

Yes. Every commercial, foreclosure, and insurance-driven job includes timestamped before/after photos and dump-ticket documentation, delivered same day.
