Yes — lock changes, lockbox installs, board-ups, and re-secures after break-ins. We stock common preservation-grade locks and lockboxes and can be on-site same-day across Duval, Clay, St. Johns, and Nassau counties.
Can you handle recurring grass cuts and exterior maintenance?+
Yes. Bi-weekly and monthly grass, hedge trimming, storm debris removal, and pressure washing are all bundled into recurring preservation contracts.
Do you invoice through preservation platforms?+
We work with the major national preservation platforms and can also invoice directly. Certificates of insurance ($2M–$3M GL, $500K WC) can be issued to your firm on request.
