By using cpjunkhaul.com or booking work with CP Property Solutions, you agree to these terms.

Estimates & pricing

Written and verbal estimates are based on the information and photos you provide. On-site conditions that differ (extra volume, hazardous material, structural access) may adjust the final price. We will confirm any change with you before work continues.

Scheduling & cancellation

Same-day and next-day appointments are subject to crew availability. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations when possible.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless net terms have been agreed to in writing (typical for property managers, asset managers, and commercial accounts).

Liability

We carry general liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the services purchased. We are not responsible for items you asked us to remove.
